The NEWBODY program is a best for healthy individuals who wish to lose a few pounds, improve fitness, and “tone” (i.e., build muscle and lose fat) the healthy way. The focus is 24/7 healthy living and addresses nutrition, exercise, rest, and supplementation. This is not a take-away, cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all diet and workout plan. To achieve your goals, we work together to customize an eating and exercise regimen that fits into your lifestyle and is optimal for your specific body type.
The NEWBODY program consists of:
Twelve 45-minute one-on-one in-person or phone sessions
Customized nutritional guidance and support
Individualized supplement regimen plan
Personalized, progressive exercise plan

"Victoria has been instrumental in helping me to achieve my goals of building muscle, feeling young and staying thin. She designed a workout plan that is easy to follow on a weekly basis and is not too time consuming (as that is my great excuse). The key, as it turns out, is not just the exercise, but the combination of exercise and eating. At first it all felt counter-intuitive, as Victoria had me cut down drastically on my cardio, focus more on weights, and EAT MORE AND MORE OFTEN! I thought that I would gain weight, but I didn’t. I put on muscle while staying lean and defined (there is actually a 50 year old six-pack starting to emerge). Most importantly, I feel great. "Victoria put together a program based on what she knew she could accomplish with a client like myself. She went at a pace she knew I would accept because I’m a tough nut to crack and had she started in immediately insisting on joining a gym or juicing for more vegetables, I would have freaked out.
