The NEWYOU program is our most comprehensive and integrated program. In addition to dealing with the mechanics of food and exercise, the NEWYOU program addresses with the root of your problems and helps you identify the underlying emotional issues that are driving your bad habits.
Unlike many other programs that focus on strictly on weight loss by drastically cutting calories or requiring long cardio sessions, we focus primarily on your physiological and emotional health, with weight loss and fitness being the byproduct of a healthy mind and body.
The NEWYOU program consists of:
Twenty-four 45-minute one-on-one in-person or phone sessions
Two years of follow up after program completion via six scheduled 25-minute follow up calls every four months
Customized nutritional guidance and support, as necessary
Individualized supplement regimen plan

7-day/week access by e-mail or text
If weight loss was as easy as a mathematical formula of calories-in minus calories-out, anyone with a rudimentary knowledge of arithmetic could easily lose weight and keep it off. Unfortunately, it is a far more complex proposition, and the NEWYOU program addresses these challenges. The goal is not just temporary weight loss, but a complete education enabling you to make the right food choices, learning what types of workouts are best suited for your goals and body type, and most importantly, gradually overhauling your lifestyle over the course of eight months and replacing bad habits with good ones to enable you to regain your health, take the weight off, and keep it off for life.
Although there is nothing "cookie-cutter" about the NEWYOU program, which is fully customized to each client and his or her needs and goals, we do address all of the topics below:

"I reached out to Victoria because I had gained 25 pounds while Consulting out of a home office (living on PB&Js and kids food) and a few too many Chardonnays added up to a lot of weight particularly in my mid section.
I consider myself someone who knows a good bit about diet and exercise... however I couldn't find the solution for the best way to lose weight and keep it off. Do I go low carb? Paleo? Organic? (Is organic chocolate OK?) Low calorie? And what's the best exercise to help me lose weight? Pilates? Yoga? Walking? High Intensity? CrossFit? Spin?

"As long as I can remember I have had to struggle with my weight. I was a fat kid, fat teenager and fat most of my adult life. "I decided to reach out to Victoria because I was turning 40, had gained some extra weight over the last few years, and was starting to feel terrible about myself because I couldn't seem to take it off. Living in California, where everyone is super fit and thin all year around didn't help my self-esteem. I generally eat healthy and work out, but losing weight seems so much harder than it was in my 20s.
