1. SKINCARE: FACE - CLEANSING
All I can say is that this mask is magic. It is one of the best I've ever tried. Once you try it, you will see why. You can truly see the difference in your skin from the moment you take it off. It minimizes pores, fine lines and just leaves your face looking fresh, taut and vibrant. I use it once a week, leave it on for about 5-10 minutes (5 in the beginning, working up to 10) and then take it off with a wet washcloth.
According to the website, this "lightweight and cooling gel-textured mask works to firm, lift and smooth skin to restore its youthful, radiant appearance and tone. In a consumer test, 84% felt an immediate change in skin radiance after application and 96% reported significantly smoother skin after just one application.
From personal experience, I can tell you that this is a fantastic product and whether you are 22 or 62, you will love the way it makes your face look and feel.
I am in love with this anti-aging peel. If there is any one product I couldn't live without, it would be this one.
This peel eliminates dullness, improves clarity and evens skin tone by using micro exfoliation to stimulate cell turnover. I can tell you from personal experience (and I have been using this product for about 7 years now) that it cleanses, smooths the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and instantly firms your skin. It clears clears imperfections, decreases excess oil and minimizes pores and the appearance of scars.
I have horribly dry skin, especially in the winter, and find that this is one of the only products that helps reduce the peeling and dry patches I tend to get when the weather gets cold. I use it right out of the shower and my skin always feels glowing and radiant afterwards. I follow up with my daily moisturizer and then put my make up on.
This is the same product as the original formula, but a more powerful version, offering higher concentrations of Alpha Beta Acids. It also contains new anti-aging boosters to give a stronger peel without irritation or recovery time, unveiling a brighter, clarified & younger looking complexion. It's great for us ladies over 35, as it does an even better job eliminating fine lines, lessening pores & treating breakouts. Best of all, it noticeably improves dark spots & skin tone.

I discovered this cream when I was buying the La Prairie Cellular Revitalizing Eye Gel and the sales girl gave me a sample to try. Yet it wasn't until December (about 5 months later) that I finally tried it because I was desperately seeking something to stop my face from peeling from the cold and dryness of this terrible winter, and my regular daily cream just wasn't enough.
I was pleasantly surprised that this glistening cream was light enough to immediately melt into my skin and after 8 hours, there was still no sign of dryness or peeling on my skin, something that was constant since the cold began. I bought a full size jar and have been very happy with the results.

3. SKINCARE: EYES

Do you have puffy circles under your eyes? I find that these are incredibly aging and just ridding yourself of these unsightly bags can take 5-7 years off your face. With that said, I've looked for various ways to eliminate them, as they seem more prevalent when you get less sleep, too much of something with which your body doesn't agree in your diet, or just as a factor of getting older. Certainly, cold compresses help, but if you don't have time for that, this is the one product I've discovered that does the best job reducing them anywhere from 50-80% almost immediately. Not only does it help to eliminate excess fluids and relieve puffiness, but it brightens, firms and cools, as well as smooths lines.
* Please note that this is NOT a moisturizer, so you will need to apply one on top of this cream when it dries.

Forget Chapstick and other lip moisturizing tubes, which only work for a moment. If you have cracked, chapped, and/or sore lips in the winter and summer months, this is the only product to use. It is incredible, because not only does it moisturize, but it actually heals your lips. It is the only product I have found that actually gets rid of the dryness and gives me relief, particularly when it is super dry in the wintertime. It is the only lip balm you will use going forward. Gentlemen, don't shy away because it is made for breastfeeding mothers. Made from medical grade lanolin, this wonderful product gently heals lips the same way it heals nipples. It is all-natural, safe, and non-toxic. But don't take my word for it...
5 SKINCARE: BODY

I try to take a bath at least 3-4 times per week and I love adding this product (or Epsom Salt) to my bathwater. Fresh seaweed contains vital elements inside it, such as amino acids, vitamins and minerals. The minerals and vitamins are able to penetrate the pores of the skin and are very healing, especially for people with digestive disorders and those on special diets, such as the GAPS diet. In addition, seaweed/kelp powder is also wonderful for moisturizing skin and keeping it firm, smooth, and looking young.
